The Role

The Operations and Delivery Manager will create detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the multiple client project, and will also make sure that work is distributed appropriately between creative, technology, content teams and other departments as required.

As Ops and Delivery manager, you will be expected to lead and coordinate people and teams under tight deaadlines and will need to be cool under pressure.

You should be a people-person, as much of your daily duties will revolve around interaction with different members of each department.

You should be good with problem-solving, proactive, envisage and mitigate risks early in the process, be a great communicator and be proficient in traffic management software.

You will be required to continually and proactively develop and optimize the agency delivery process for maximum efficiency and to ensure top quality delivery of projects within deadlines and within budget.

Proactive follow-up and effective tracking of projects is a must.

Knowledge of Agile project management and other project management methodologies is a plus.

Main Duties Summary

  • Responsible for managing and allocating resources for multiple major multi nations clients / brands digital projects
  • Ensure timely, quality delivery of all projects.
  • Develop a master plan and ensure its updated daily.
  • Responsible for coordination with HR on all resources’ annual leaves and attendance to ensure project resource allocations are not impacted.
  • Implement and regularly optimize the delivery process across the organization.
  • Ensure all teams follow all aspects of the process.
  • Proactively track projects progress and mitigate risks
  • Maintain regular communication with the heads of all departments on all project delivery aspects.
  • Create a schedule for new jobs, and assign those tasks using the trafficking system in place.
  • Review current and future timelines and job statuses with the heads of department, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs.
  • Reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
  • Reporting and timely escalation to top management about priorities, conflicts and the current workflow, and effectively communicate all risks and issues
  • Work with and identify freelancers and temporary contractors and engage them when needed.
  • Key Skills & Experience

    Working in a full service Digital Agency as Operations and Delivery manager you must have a passion for digital technologies.

    You will be effective at breaking down silos and ensuring all agency teams work seamlessly together and in harmony.

    You will be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-function environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverable's.

    You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills. You will possess great organizational skills and be able to effectively manage the delivery process from start to finish.

    Mandatory skills / experience :

  • 5+ years of agency experience
