The Operations and Delivery Manager will create detailed schedules, set deadlines at each stage of the multiple client project, and will also make sure that work is distributed appropriately between creative, technology, content teams and other departments as required.
As Ops and Delivery manager, you will be expected to lead and coordinate people and teams under tight deaadlines and will need to be cool under pressure.
You should be a people-person, as much of your daily duties will revolve around interaction with different members of each department.
You should be good with problem-solving, proactive, envisage and mitigate risks early in the process, be a great communicator and be proficient in traffic management software.
You will be required to continually and proactively develop and optimize the agency delivery process for maximum efficiency and to ensure top quality delivery of projects within deadlines and within budget.
Proactive follow-up and effective tracking of projects is a must.
Knowledge of Agile project management and other project management methodologies is a plus.
