Monitor, Develop and analyze sales performance for enterprise segment to support Sales achieve targets and enable management take the right decisions.
Define Enterprise commission reporting requirements & KPI’s on both management / operational levels and ensure its alignment to both VFE and EBU strategy.
Own Business commission review to EBU director and sales HOD’s.
Represent EBU cross functionally as Business operations SPOC for commission.
Monitor sales performance on biweekly, weekly and monthly basis using daily reports to drive performance towards target achievement.
Ensures business commission end-to-end processes are adopted with full buy-in, communication.
Customer empowerment using business commission reporting and measurement techniques
Preparation of regular presentations to stake holders as appropriate.
Own and develop sales Quota setting models.
Commission sales performance and quality of sales controls, analysis and insights
Proven experience in the development of reporting and management information that changes business strategy.
Track record of providing data analysis on commercial business process that drives fundamental change within the enterprise.
Analytical Skills & Communication skills.
Demonstrated understanding of important financial concepts.
Work within given policies and processes of Vodafone Egypt.
Analyses data to discover best practice in area, and ensures that other areas are made aware of specific benefits that could be achieved.
