Job Description :

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, research questions using available information resources.
  • Maintain computing environments including computer hardware, systems software and all configuration.
  • Design, configure, and test computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Processing Service Tickets related to computer problems, domain account / access, password resets, and mapping to shared drives / printers / peripherals.
  • Assist with IT administrative duties; creating and amending AD Accounts, setting up, and troubleshooting users and email accounts.
  • Collaborates with users to resolve application, printer, and computer problems, as needed.
  • Coordinates with end-user regarding installation or upgrades for legacy software.
  • Maintains accurate database of hardware inventory.
  • Qualifications :

  • B SC. Computer Science or Similar.
  • A related Information Technology Diploma or Degree Program.
  • Relevant industry certifications (MCSE, MCSA) will be an added asset.
  • 1-3 years’ work experience, supporting Windows computer systems in an Active Directory network environment.
  • Excellent command of English language (written & spoken).
  • Familiar with Microsoft windows domain environment.
  • Awareness of Microsoft 2008 / 2012 server roles.
  • Independent self-starter who can deliver results under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and serious achiever.
