Purpose :

Lead Integration Solutions Consultants for Europe in IBC Cairo, reporting to the head of Europe consultants in Cairo

Business growth :

  • Collaborate with the management and practice lead to apply the strategy for the consulting team to grow, digitally transform and sustain top quality performance
  • Ensure a healthy partnership relation with key stakeholders in the region and in countries including all billable and presales communities and Europe management teams
  • Support in identifying upskilling opportunities in the region
  • Operational Responsibilities :

  • Plan and organize the team assignments / engagements with the direct manager
  • Ensure full and optimized utilization of team resources in alignment with the business needs and priorities
  • Manage the team profitability targets, and ensure highest margin achievement in line with offshoring objectives
  • Report on engagements progress / issues / risks to the local manager
  • Act as the first point of escalation in technical and non-technical issues
  • Forecast team operations requirements and development needs
  • Develop team skills in the different solution sets
  • Ensure high quality and on time delivery of all team deliverables
  • Manage team performance in coordination with the local / functional management
  • Practice Development and Optimization :

  • Supporting Delivery Standardization’ efforts of all services delivered by the Consulting team
  • Support the enhancement of the solution integration processes, to optimize time and ensure quality deliverables including low level design and solution implementation plans
  • Enhance the delivery process and the post sales to operations transition and interlocks in collaboration with central and regional practice leads for consulting
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the delivery tools
  • Any other duties as required by Manager
  • about you

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Professional Services or Sales / Presales functions in the global communications and services industry, MBA is a plus
  • Successful experience in a customer facing pre / post sales Consultancy.
  • Strong recruitment experience for Professional Services profiles.
  • Knowledge of Orange portfolio of Products & Services
  • Ability to effectively matrix manage other Orange organizations (i.e. Sales, Project Managers, Billable Consultants) in the delivery of Consulting solutions
  • Ability to deal with a large and demanding customers under tight timeframes
  • Team working, conflict management, presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of selling in an indirect or direct channel model
  • Flexibility and openness to new technical and commercial processes
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Projects, World, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Access
  • Excellent command in English is a must, French is a plus
