Role purpose :
I identify and introduce innovative solutions through external &, internal sources ofideation and insight generation
I introduce,prioritize and implement business improvement, service design and service optimisation projects
Provide Business Excellence services to Vodafone partners and external customers
Create and maintain a best practices repository
Help LOBs to generate more value and efficiencies
Articulate and evaluate value generation in VSSE in accordance with the VSS guidelines
Spread the mindset of value and efficiencygeneration in all VSSE LOBs
Define and align process transformation roles and responsibilities across functions
Integrate different systems in a manner that maximizes automation andefficiency
Measureperformance before, during and after transformation
Implement change management processto align People, Process and Technology initiatives more closely with its business strategy and vision.
Generate improvement opportunities through operational insights, and from colleagues, customers, and external best practice
Govern activeprocess improvment projects and highlight solution gaps
Improve the effectiveness of business excellence team by identifying and replicating best practices from different centres, verticals and partners
