The Sales Executive is the main contact for determined customers. Responsible for coordinating and satisfying customer relevant needs & requests.
Maintains sustainable long-lasting relationships with our customers and maximizes sales opportunities. The Sales Executive collaborates with all internal departments within the company to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.
Build and promote a sustainable long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understand their needs.
Act as the key interface between the customers and all relevant internal departments in order to meet customer expectations
Participate in tenders / request for quotations (RFQs) and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
Generate new business opportunities with new and current customers inside and outside Egypt.
Responsible for the development and achievement of sales goals through the direct sales channel.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales & service.
Provide daily report of market sales success and communicate information with sales manager.
Report to sales manager on actual sales, opportunities and threats.
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system
Your competencies and qualifications
Completed technical or commercial Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
At least 5 years’ experience in sales
Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding
Strong team player, able to develop and guide team members
Excellent relationship building skills and communication skills in English and Arabic
Highly self-motivated and self-driven
Excellent negotiation skills
Technical training, support and education in order to manage the accounts professionally
