Shopper & Trade Marketing Executive Cheese
As a Shopper & Trade Marketing Executive, you will be meeting business objectives through developing and implementing commercial activities to increase Danone’s in-
store presence, strengthening our brands, optimizing product assortment and promo strategy. In addition to building the future of coming innovations and managing cross categories projects.
About the job
As a Shopper & Trade Marketing Executive you will be doing the following activities :
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic trade market trends and shopper behavior
Track competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product through trade surveys and competition reports
Support in planning a range of activities to effectively market assigned products inside the stores (such as; overseeing product development and monitoring sales performance).
Plan, direct and execute activities related to promotional strategies for different channels.
Set clear distribution KPIs by channel
Implement Plan-o-grams by category
Manage the recommendation to purchase and implementation of assets across channels
Recommend innovative POS / visibility material and agree on them with brand team in alignment with merchandising and operations teams
Manage the production of sales tools, presenters, reports, etc
Align with brand teams on consumer promotions on quarterly / annual basis
Building The Future
Develop market understanding and conclude insights from shopper and trade studies.
360 Commercial Plan : Responsible for launch plans of innovations for all relevant stake holders (team, trade, shopper) in different trade channels and clusters.
Lead on projects of developing and delivery the agreed sales team identity (Events, communication decks, videos, programs, branches animation )
Assist in the continued application of the sales force assessment tools (scorecards, incentive schemes and recognition etc...)
Service package development and update (including merchandising standards)
Reach in store excellence and implementation of ideal store elements for all categories through different initiatives (using internal and / or external resources)
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have :
Bachelor degree in business, economics, engineering or any related field
0 to 2 years of experience between field sales and commercial development
Language skills : Excellent Arabic & English spoken, written and reading.
Computer skills : Excellent in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point
