Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Implement Market Research Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders in the deep understanding of who their target is, what they do and why they do it.
Coordinate and Guarantee that the guidelines and standards are applied in the 60 / 40+ testing.
Conduct competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant insights.
Work together with the Brand Builders in the validation process of hypothesis, concepts & communication (e.g. Big Idea Testing, pre-
testing, STM, I&R concept testing) that support the decision making process.
Track & Measure all indicators that explain the Brand Health and Performance among its target and support the measurement of the ROI.
Help Brand Builders to discover the Core Insight of the target.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 6-10 Years of solid qualitative & quantitative research experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
High level of Customer Service Orientation.
Dynamic & Proactive.
