    As a Business Development Consultant with Oracle, youwill be part of the world's most complete, open and integrated businesssoftware and hardware Systems Company leading the digital transformation!

    You will be responsible for buildingpipeline and identifying opportunities in key business accounts, understandingtheir business needs and challenges with a view to generating demand for Oracle’s product offering.

    This will bethrough a variety of channels such as social media, internet & web basedtools. You will speak to key decision makers within key business accounts on adaily basis.

    Responsibilities :

  • Demand generation for Oracle Products.
  • Generating demand from outbound prospectingas a result of sales initiatives, sales programs campaigns & partnercampaigns.
  • Analyzing customer needs in terms of currentbusiness obstacles, identifying projects and scoping potential Oraclesolutions.
  • Using a variety of tools including but notlimited to social media, internet, web based tools & outbound calling.
  • Identify new business opportunities forOracle’s product offering through engagement with multiple levels of the clientorganization and proactively endorsing Oracle’s solution relevant to theirbusiness challenges.
  • Creating a business pipeline meeting an agreedquota of business opportunities. Opportunity creation should consistently meetor exceed target.
  • Contributing individually to the teamtargets, achieving a high level of client satisfaction and quality leadgeneration.
  • Achieving a high level of collaboration within-country Marketing and Sales teams by developing and delivering against thejoint strategy with the field representatives.
  • Inside Sales representatives andpartners.

    Required Skills / Experience :

    TheBusiness Development Consultant will be an integral member of the DigitalDemand Group Team and the ideal candidate will have :

  • Proven track record in identifying businessand generating new business leads via the Internet, Telephone or Social media.
  • Experience prospecting needs analysis andnegotiation in the Business-to-Business sector would be an advantage along withthe ability to work to and overachieve on targets.
  • Proven ability to work remotely with clients.
  • A strong interest in technology, passion forsales and strong communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and organizationalprocess knowledge.
  • Understanding of the use and application ofIT systems in a Business environment
  • A strong desire to progress in a salescareer.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience of using social media tools.
  • A top degree in Business or IT relateddisciplines from a reputable university.
  • Fluency in English with fluent French a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of Oracle products or previous experiencein the IT industry will be useful though not essential.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm,commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation.
  • Self- motivated to continuously expandpersonal and professional knowledge.
  • The ability to work with a dynamic andmultinational team in addition to the ability to work alone at times.
  • An eagerness to work in a high pressured,fast moving and challenging environment.

    First contact for prospects of Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.

    Acts as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business via inbound calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produces quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force.

    Performs database and record keeping activities.

    0-2 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services.

    Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.

    Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products a plus but not necessary.

    Professional demeanor. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
