Position will be based in our factory in Shebin El Koum city.
Short description :
Manages and controls the work of Quality assurance Operations.
Collaboration with the R&D regarding implementation of products and materials specifications, initiation of changes in specification from the factory.
Approve specifications (Factory Approval); Quality control (Quality Inspection) from the factory.
Initiates and organizes activities for the development and implementation of projects related to the improvement of existing and implementation of new brand products.
Manages and controls the process of standardization and certification of products in the company in accordance with the requirements of state certification agencies.
Ensures the integrity of the quality management system at the factory.
Organizes the work on quality assurance of non-tobacco materials, work with suppliers of non-tobacco materials.
Organizes and plans together with the involved parties tests of materials and prototypes.
Reports directly to the Quality Director.
Operation mode - in accordance with the collective agreement and internal labor regulations.
Irregular working hours.
Qualification requirements : Higher education.
Minimum 5 years of Experience in tobacco industry or FMCG.
PC knowledge at the user level in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, e-mail.
Fluency in English and local language
Key Responsibilities : -
Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
NPD (New Product Development) process responsibility.
IICI (Insect Infestation control improvement) process responsibility.
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
Specification management in all production phases Mack & Pack Primary Casing.
Support R&D regarding sampling and trails.
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
Investigating and supporting QC and production for related quality issues by updating quality plan.
Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems & writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters.
Determining training needs regarding quality standards.
Acting as Analyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
