What we offer
Handling global life cycle activities such as hiring, domestic transfer, salary increase, promotion, award payment and exit
Responsible for data maintenance (e.g. entering details for new employees, creating new employees numbers, maintaining changes in the data of employees, promotions, salary increases)
Preparing process related documents (e.g. offers and letters)
Coordinating day-to-day tasks relating to medical and life insurance
Conducting offering sessions and negotiating the offers with the candidate
Ensuring that services are delivered in time and have perfect quality in order to meet stakeholder expectations
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
0-2 years of experience
Fluency in English is a must. Turkish is preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
SAP background is preferred
