What we offer

  • Handling global life cycle activities such as hiring, domestic transfer, salary increase, promotion, award payment and exit
  • Responsible for data maintenance (e.g. entering details for new employees, creating new employees numbers, maintaining changes in the data of employees, promotions, salary increases)
  • Preparing process related documents (e.g. offers and letters)
  • Coordinating day-to-day tasks relating to medical and life insurance
  • Conducting offering sessions and negotiating the offers with the candidate
  • Ensuring that services are delivered in time and have perfect quality in order to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Fluency in English is a must. Turkish is preferred
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP background is preferred
