Job Description :
Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
Follow up on new lead and referrals resulting from field activity
Answering any technical questions the client might have
Prepare presentations and proposals
Develop and maintain sales material and current product knowledge
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Identify and resolve client concerns
Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information and feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
Education : Bsc degree preferred in Management Information
Experience : +2 years of experience as a Sales IT Representative
Needed Skills :
Customer Service Skills : The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
Communication Skills : You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
Persistence : Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
