Supervises on recruitment process including selecting and training.
Develops training plan according to training needs at the site and as per the client request
Allocates new manpower according to blue collar request received
Coordinates with Branch Manager for any issue related to the HR within Branch
Evaluates and resolves human and labor relations, work-related problems and meets with management to determine appropriate actions
Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
Prepares newsletter and other reports to record information about employee concerns, comments and organizational taken actions.
Coordinates employee retention and supervises exit interviews for direct employees.
Takes necessary actions regarding the investigation results
Maintains monthly retention reports
Provides advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers in any welfare case.
Communicates with the needed persons / departments to solve complaints
Implements retention plan and turn over.
The Ideal Candidate
Four years of experience within the same field
Bachelor’s Degree, in related discipline highly desirable
Proven ability to manage property management procedures and practices
