Job Summary :
5 years’ management and nursing supervisory exp at director level;
Assists with selection, training, orientation, and assigning department staff.
Develops standards of performance, and conducts performance management planning.
Initiates or makes recommendations for personnel actions.
Maintains open and ongoing communication with subordinates to review programs, provide feedback, and discuss new developments and exchange information assists in design, measurement, monitoring / implementation of programs to improve patient care as measured by improved clinical outcomes, improved efficiency of resource use and improved patient, employee / physician satisfaction;
Have a solid understanding for culture & current practices, build traction with physicians, and formal and informal leaders within hospital;
good technical computer / software skills.
