Job Description :

  • Manage all legal affaires related to labor law such as documents and procedures with labor offices and social insurance offices.
  • Maintain excellent relation with labor office & social insurance office.
  • Manage monthly attendance (leaves and absenteeism,late arrival , etc.)
  • Maintaining & updating of the legal personnel files.
  • Ensure that the company policy comply with the labor law.
  • Manage and prepare payroll activity .
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures.
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives to high performance.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Responsible for hire employees for the company and arrange for their orientation and training.
  • Manage private medical insurance issues.
  • Assist to prepare all development plans for organization and ensure efficiency of all HR programs and prepare new employee documents and maintain accuracy of all documents
  • Qualifications :

  • Years of Experience : 10-15 years
  • Gender : Male Only
  • Experience Background : Personnel / HR
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR diploma is a must
