About the Job

  • Conduct HK training for new and current Janitors and Supervisors.
  • Conduct on- job training in different projects.
  • Evaluate trainee’s performance before and after the training.
  • Resolve any specific problems and tailor HK programs as necessary.
  • Strict adherence to company philosophy and mission statement.
  • Ability to supervise multiple projects.

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Two (2) years’ previous experience as a HK trainer.
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication (verbal and written) with all levels of management.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certification from talent and training associations a plus.
