Job Description :
Conduct Assessment test, allocate candidates in their appropriate levels. Planning, preparing and delivering English Training Lessons to classes.
Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the program. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
Select and obtain materials and supplies such as textbooks. Encouraging employees to actively participate throughout class.
Using a modern and dynamic teaching approach which allows employees to communicate easily using the English language. Researching and devising entertaining, amusing, interesting, creative, productive lessons for employees.
Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.
Assessing and continuously monitoring participants’ progress Compile, administer, and grade placement tests, quizzes, tests and evaluations.
