  • Handling help-desk tickets by addressing customer technical problems through technical troubleshooting and expert advice.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Communicating effectively with the client, internal and external colleagues to facilitate help desk tickets resolution in a fast and efficient way.
  • Working hours : from 3 : 30 PM to 12 AM.

    Vacations : Saturday & Sunday+ US holidays.
