PURPOSE OF JOB
As a Reporting / Support Professional, you will be responsible for the preparation of various Account Reports including Operations Performance, Quality Management, and Voice of Customer (VOC).
You will be informing customers of the product terms and features. You will projecting a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
