Purpose of the position
To manage the execution of agreed services and maintenance plans in terms of (volumes and timely delivery) ensuring full adherence to Abou Ghaly Motors quality & safety standards and achieve high customer satisfaction index and improve Customer retention rates.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares and submits the services and maintenance plan to the Service Center Manager. Prepares capacity and resource plans as per the set departmental objectives and ensures their efficient execution and their total compliance to the quality and safety standards .
Sets the standards and performance measures of his workshop in line with the company’s strategic direction, and cascades it down to the overseen Engineers and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures achievement of their objectives.
Applies the Services & Maintenance Quality and Safety procedures and standards ensuring total compliance to the Abou Ghaly Motors quality standards.
Ensures efficient and timely implementation of maintenance programs for all the maintenance equipment.
Prepares the " Workshop Productivity Reports" reflecting achievement versus plan and submits to Services Center Managers to take corrective action accordingly.
Conducts technical training Programmers for the newcomers in collaboration with the Training Manager, and ensures the technical skills level is up to the required standards of delivery.
Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time.
