Delivers HR case management support to customers in one or more of the following areas : service delivery, analysis and reporting, project support and data management
deliver transactional , standard HR services in a timely / SLA basis through the company case management tool (case management of various HR domains like recruitment, voluntary departure, employee data & info, incentives & reward, etc.
for all the International HR Services perimeter of Orange Business Services
Liaise with local HR consultants in the HR international perimeter to help resolve specific employee or manager cases.
Identify the HR processes that can be automated & build project plan for the implementation
making by other HR functions and the business (e.g. headcount reports, new joiner survey, leaver survey, etc.)
Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills
HR tools knowledge PIMS, AMS, Performance etc.
Excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English.
Other languages (Arabic, French etc.) an advantage

Able to form positive working relationships
Strong experience of dealing with stakeholders
