Role Purpose :
An opportunity to join the VOIS Strategy and Transformation Agile PMO team :
Working in The Edge as part of for the Helios Transformation Programme.
Deploying Agile frameworks, process and tools across the Helios portfolio of projects and programmes.
Providing transparency to Helios portfolio execution by monitoring, measuring and reporting on execution
Facilitating continuous delivery in line with VOIS strategic objectives, identifying synergizes and insights across the portfolio of change, and fueling efficient growth.
Oversight and governance of the Helios Transformation Control Tower using agile PMO best practice and tools.
Engagement of multiple agile scrum teams within the transformation, managing governance compliance, status updates and providing project and agile support as required.
Design and implementation of an integrated, digital automated end to end agile PMO service for VOIS, which focuses on delivering speed at scale solutions for customers and embedding capability in the edge.
Facilitating weekly governance scrums.
Weekly engagement of multiple scrum teams within the VOIS Transformation.
Manage of multiple complex agile delivery plans and tracking resolution of critical blockers in adherence to PMO governance.
Development of a digital agile PMO
Management of PMO reports and stakeholder communications artefacts.
Ambassador for agile PMO within the Helios programme and ensuring cross team adherence to central PMO standard and frameworks.
Role qualifications :
From 2-5 years of project management experience (preferably agile projects)
Leadership / Team Handling experience
Leading and problem solving, working in complex organization and interlocks
Very good stakeholder skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Exceptional MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools skills.
Innovative thinking, process and continuous improvement.
Management of Agile projects or PMO experience,
VOIS Service Line understanding
Agile Scrum, Agile qualification or Sigma Black Belt is a plus
Strong MS Office Skills
