Sales Executive is responsible for generating the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing customers aware of the company’s product range.
The reporting line will be to Head of Affinity.
Performance Objectives :
Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited.
Follow the excellence model
Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
Maintain an awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets.
Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.
Good level of standard education.
Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word
Insurance industry experience is preferable
Strong financial skills;
Strong interpersonal and sales skills
Strong communication skills
2-3 years of experience in sales .
