The Mission :
To strategically manage Siemens Training Centre (in Egypt-Ain Sokhna) and ensure proper stakeholder management with the responsibility to drive all relevant activities towards the fulfillment of Siemens’ commitment to Egyptian Customer.
What are my responsibilities?
Responsible to strategically set up Siemens’ Training Centre in Egypt, building the required communication and Network of Partners (internal & external), managing budget and ensuring the successful fulfillment of the training targets.
Liaise with all government entities and the approved vocational training Institutes.
Liaise with all partners involved in the project internally and externally.
Work with international / donor organizations on the funding of different training programs.
Liaise with training providers and relevant institutions such as awarding bodies and government agencies.
Continuously Assess training providers as potential Network Partners for Egypt Training Centre.
Ensure sustainability and scalability of a functional Network of Partners geared towards achieving agreed commitments.
Ensure a win-win relationship to all Network Partners.
Prepare Business Development Plans and Strategies to ensure financial and institutional sustainability of Egypt Training Centre.
Maintain proper follow-up on the implementation of pre-set goals and strategies.
Lead the Training Centre team towards achieving desired goals in a professional and people-oriented fashion.
Provide feedback and project progress to the steering committee.
Guides the project implementation (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management).

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor Degree in Business or Education or Engineering from reputable University or College
Certified diploma in Education / Training Management
Business Administration and / or Project Management Certificate
10 years’ experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) landscape in Egypt.
Proven hands-on experience in managing training institutions.
Ability to formulate, implement and follow through Business Development Strategies.
Aware of the overall Vocational Education and Training landscape in Egypt (and also Germany as a plus). Aware of the challenges as well as the opportunities of such segment in Egypt.
Familiar with the key funding schemes and relevant processes.
Have connections to potential funding programs supporting Vocational Education and Training as well as key private sector potential beneficiaries.
Acquainted with the key stakeholders in Egypt and Germany.
Able to deal with diverse organizations and set-ups.
