Job Responsibilities :
Monitor & control projects schedules, budget and risks.
Responsible for customer communication.
Deliver quality audit & compliance findings together with Quality Leaders.
Responsible for projects closure and resources feedback.
Follow up with team members on the open actions.
Direct & support team members and challenge their projects decisions.
Follow up on the projects as per defined projects reporting mechanisms.
Monitor and control projects issues and risks.
Capable of managing simultaneous projects.
Ensure the technical follow up of the software engineers allocated to his projects, and define the specific tasks they
have to perform in the context of the project.
Ensure the Configuration Management and the Change Control of the Software product.
Represent the Software in the Weekly Project Meeting with the Product Team.
Job Requirements :
Education / Training / Skills :
B.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or B. Sc. in Computer science.
Excellent command of English is a must.
Project management mindset.
High sense of ownership and responsibility.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent follow up skills.
Well structured and organized.
Embedded SW development / validation experience is a BIG plus.
Project Leader; 5 years plus of relevant experience (seniority determined based on years of experience and job interview).
Senior Project Leader; 7 years plus of relevant experience (seniority determined based on years of experience and job interview).
