inspired conception of beauty services. Launching his first salon in 1980, founder and CEO Mohamed Abdel Moneem, sought to fill what he saw was a lack of consistent, high quality products and services in the Egyptian beauty industry.

Since then, he and his son, Vice Chairman Mostafa, have built an empire of 27 salons in Egypt and one in the UAE, employing over 800 staff.

Position Description : Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables : - Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients

  • Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately
  • Managing CEO & VP's agenda and office work Skills & Qualifications : Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in English - French is a plus

    Exemplary planning and time management skills

    Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

    High level verbal and written communications skills
