Position Description : Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables : - Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
Proficiency in English - French is a plus
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level verbal and written communications skills
