Your main responsibilities in this role will include :
Building up market knowledge through customers visits (customers, IB, service accessible market, competitors, suppliers) and market environment (opportunities, threats).
Organizing and contributing into the sales events such as : Customer ball room seminars, Customer training. Lunch and talk seminars and Dedicated Customer seminars.
Handling inquiries, Study tenders and prepare offers.
Attending tender sessions and negotiate offers under superior’s supervision.
Being aware with the complete service portfolio of the Work Shops and emphasis of the potential of the full / integrated service contracts.
Building up the cost calculation models in co-ordination with the GM / Sales & Marketing manager.
Quoting, clarify and respond to all the customer enquiries / queries for the machines service.
Following up the service projects from the inception phase till the delivery phase.
Handling the warrantee cases based on the company policies on that concern
As an ideal candidate, you should have a B.Sc. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years’ experience in related work experience.
Proficiency in spoken & written English is required.
