Coordinates training activities for participants of EBI training programs, to provide efficient and well-run training for EBI clients within a framework of available programs and in accordance with EBI policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities :
Coordinating training logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, evaluation, agenda) either inside or outside EBI premises
Check training material periodically.
Coordinates / organizes during training activities to provide support to participants and facilitator’s needs as well as ensure the completion of EBI’s administration requirements.
Responsible for training opening, and introducing the instructor for the trainees.
Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers, site staff or contracting agency staff.
Coordinates post-training activities to identify participants’ feedback for further evaluation as well as recording information in EBI training information system.
Review incoming invoices, process for authorization payments.
Follow up for accuracy of certificate information, insure availability and certificate dispatch to Administration Department.
Maintains a record of detailed cost of a training program for superior approval and input into EBI Training Management Information System.
Education & Experience : University Degree.
Some experience in work-related skill and knowledge.
Skill & Knowledge :
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, interacting in a representable manner with individuals at all levels.
Excellent English language command is a must.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent problem solving and stress management skills.
Excellent public speaking and large group facilitation skills.
Basic computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
