Strategy and Planning Design and implement the Brand Marketing department strategy and roadmap tosupport in setting updating OFDs strategy Establish the Brand Marketing departments plans and provide input to OFDsgoals that support its overall strategic plans Collaborate with managers to identify departments required projects to meetfuture demandsBudget Management Contribute key insights to the Branding divisions annual planning and budgetingprocess and provide an Annual Marketing Calendar with advice andrecommendations to the Brand Marketing departments annual financial planresource requirements and budget control report Manage the Brand Marketing departments budgeting cycle and provide input tothe budgeting process Manage the Brand Marketing department effectively within budget and reportaccurately on progress made and challenges encountered Ensure optimal resource utilization in the Brand Marketing Ddepartment includingthe Ad Agency by continuous monitoring and taking corrective actions wherenecessaryMarket Research andAnalysis Conduct research concerning the target of market customers and marketingstrategies related to OFDs overall business across all brands and geographies Gather and analyze data such as customer demographics preferences needsand habits in order to identify potential markets and determine the factorsaffecting the demand of QSR CD brands products Obtain and analyze data such as industry prices sales marketing methods anddistribution pertinent to OFDs brands peer groups and conduct a comparativeanalysis to understand existing gaps and OFDs brands market positioningagainst competitors Conduct market research to determine target market customers and advertisingneed and monitor market trends and dynamics to ensure that OFDs brandsindustry tactics are addressing market requirementsBranding Management Work closely with Operations to ensure proper communication and effectiveexecution Ensure and execute promotional plans for each brand monitoring where image orbrand collateral is displayed or used for commercial purposes Work closely to support the business development and Marketing team for anybrand promotional activities events Provide support by ensuring that all marketing collateral promotional material andother communication material for marketing and customer attraction are compliantto franchisor branding guidelinesTalent Management Help instill a culture of development guidance and performance within the BrandMarketing department Guide mentor and develop the Brand Marketing departments team to take largerand complex responsibilities Identify and recruit key talent for the Brand Marketing department Provide clear topdown communication to employees and bottomup feedback tothe Management Set performance objectives provide necessary support evaluate appraise theBrand Marketing department managers and provide regular feedback onperformance Promote a highperformance working environment and promote OFDs values Evaluate consolidated learning requirements for the Brand Marketing departmentand recommend to director for approval endorsement in collaboration with HRPolicies and Procedures Develop and oversee the implementation of the Brand Marketing departmentspolicies procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevantprocedural legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality andcosteffective results Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement ofthe Brand Marketing departments systems and processes taking into accountleading practices changes in international standards and changes in the businessenvironment which demand proactive action plans Monitor daytoday activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies andprocedures
