Helmy, Hamza & Partners (Baker McKenzie Cairo) is seeking a legal secretary.
As legal secretary, you will :
Support the partner / associates on the day-to-day management of general operations of the office.
Meet regularly with partner / associate to set priorities and coordinate all activities for effective completion.
Update status on all follow-ups and actions for the assigned activities.
Organization of all required and regular meetings and conference calls.
Assist and facilitate any arrangements for the partner / associates, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, credit card payments, calendar scheduling, etc.
Follow up on emerging matters and engage in issues deemed necessary by the partner / associate.
Review all documents to ensure that materials are accurate and compliant with Firm policies and procedures prior to submission to the partner / associates with a necessary brief.
Education & experience
0 to 4 years of experience in the field of administration
Skills and abilities :
Excellent written and verbal commands in both English and Arabic.
Full proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow.
Attention to detail and accuracy, efficiency and flexibility.
Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
