EducationUSA centers are located in U.S. embassies and consulates, Fulbright commissions, bi-national centers, universities, and nonprofit organizations.

Tasks and Responsibilities :
Tasks and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
Delivers online webinars on different topics;
US Admissions process
Financing US Study
Email Etiquette and Tips for Admissions Interviews
Proofreads undergraduate and graduate US essays and provides feedback within the service level timeframe;
Responds to all types of inquiries on US higher education on social media platforms and the EducationUSA mailboxes in timely manner;
Moderates EducationUSA social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Eventbrite and Instagram) and assures the target of engaged users each month;
Conducts one-one virtual appointments when requested;
Keeps the attendance records of participants updated through using the requested forms.
Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education / English Language Arts)
At least 3 years of related work experience
Demonstrated experience in a US scholarship or exchange program
US Experience (Study / Work in the Education field)
Excellent knowledge of the U.S. higher education system
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Native or near-native written and oral English skills with a minimum TOEIC score of 785 or C1 Equivalent
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
A working knowledge of Arabic
Very good writing skills in English & Arabic
Very good knowledge of managing social media platforms
Very good knowledge of MS office
Flexibility & collaborative mindset
Degree from a U.S. or Canadian University
