You will be welcoming all visitors and make themFeel comfortable, handling all incoming phone calls and follow upPhone calls.
Take initiative to add a personalized experience . Following up on guests appointments, assist the Spa manager or the person in charged,Handle the guest requests.
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Your experience and skills include : Service focused personality is essential; experience is an assetPrior experience working with Opera or a related systemFluency in English;
