1 Supervise all the team members in the stage of studying tender documents such as Specifications Bill of quantities and Drawings.
2 Prepare initial budget for the project in order to send the tender bond to the client and understand the scope of the project.
3 Collect queries about the tender from other departments in coordination with the team members to send it to the consultant.
4 Conduct site visits to investigate the environment surrounding the project regarding the security issues and materials needed.
6 Review the Technical packages for each project to prepare request of quotation with the team.7 Follow up the comparison between the quotations received from suppliers to make use of the best offers.
8 Lead and supervise the break down of prices of items to reach the direct cost of the tender.9 Review with the Procurement and Cost Control departments the actual costs of the ongoing projects to increase the tenders accuracy.
10 Lead supervise and coach the team members to ensure high levels of performance.
