Accountabilities and Key Roles :
Provide service to new andexisting High Net Worth (HNW) clients in the region by providing them with thefull suite of financial services products and services.
Develop a business plan toacquire new clients as well as broadening existing client relationships.
Achieve sales targets inline with best practice standards of services and acting as a Trusted Advisor to the HNW clients (in terms of Investment and Portfolio).
Adhere and comply withPrivate Banking service quality standards, policies and guidelines.
Have all clients’ filesupdated and ensure that all documents related to client are available in orderto comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundry (AML)Regulations.
Develop comprehensivecustomized financial plans based on client risk profiles.
Continuous monitoring ofclient portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual re-balancing).
Research competitiveoffering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas.
Escalate customersuggestions / concerns to the Country / Region head.
Provide the highest levelof customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) in order to have clients’ownership.
Mentor AssistantRelationship Managers (ARMs).
Job Requirements : Education : University degree in BusinessAdministration or Finance or any related field. Relevant professionalcertifications (e.
g. CFA) is a plus. Experience : 2-4 years in relationshipmanagement and sales of financial / investment products with a leadinginternational / regional private bank. Competencies :
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication,networking and selling skills.
Strong interpersonal,presentation, and listening skills.
Good knowledge of financialmarkets, investment instruments, and investment management
Sound understanding of marketdynamics / trends, and internal and external policies and controls regulations.
Ability to providefinancial solutions to sophisticated clients.
Good computer skills (MSOffice).
