Responsibilities :

  • Manage the onboarding process
  • Register the new employees the first day on all HRIS system
  • Organizes, ensure that the employee files are maintained according to law.
  • Attendance Management
  • Managing all legal authorities related to employees
  • Contract renewal
  • Support employees inquiries
  • Facilitate end of service Conduct exit interview Monthly report regarding the employees who leave the company and analyze the end of employment service Send Notification of termination.
  • Follow up the clearance form Submit employee file to the employee upon finalizing the clearance form. Assure the preparation for the Social insurance form 6

  • Serves as initial point of advice, problem resolution, and facilitation in the areas of employee relations, and employee discipline and documentation;
  • Conduct an investigation with Head of Department when required. Assure the implementing of AGM code of conduct including but not limited to

    Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Excellent in English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • SAP" background
