Managing all legal authorities related to employees
Support employees inquiries
Facilitate end of service Conduct exit interview Monthly report regarding the employees who leave the company and analyze the end of employment service Send Notification of termination.
Follow up the clearance form Submit employee file to the employee upon finalizing the clearance form. Assure the preparation for the Social insurance form 6
Serves as initial point of advice, problem resolution, and facilitation in the areas of employee relations, and employee discipline and documentation;
Conduct an investigation with Head of Department when required. Assure the implementing of AGM code of conduct including but not limited to
6+ years of experience.
