  • Responsible to achieve targets / Accountable to achieve budget & goals.
  • Conduct sales meetings with high net worth clients and big size tickets.
  • Ensure that all customers’ requests / inquiries are handled and covered with service excellency.
  • Pursue Real Estate Developers to increase the company network to increase unit supply inventory and market share
  • nalyze projects to determine suitability to our investment strategy and current demand.
  • Qualifying Developers & Brokers for business engagement
  • Enhance and increase mortgage knowledge for the developer’s client network
  • Tie-up with real estate developers on their existing projects; create the appropriate product (payment scheme) for the customers purchasing units that best suit the agreed deal.
  • Follow up internally with all related Dept. (Legal, Technical, Credit and Risk) to satisfy their requirements.
  • Lead presentations for the company products and services to various developers and brokers.
  • Work with the Mortgage Brokers / & increase the database of Borkers
  • Tie-up with real estate brokers; create the appropriate product (payment scheme) for the customers purchasing units that best suit the agreed deal.
  • Responsible for the company purchased portfolio from the developers.
  • Construct, review and analyze the purchased portfolios to check the final selection of the clients that will be included.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor’s practices and market constraints
  • Monitor the team performance / productivity & assist in developing &coaching the sales team.
  • Handle the clients' complaints & act on decreasing their ratio
  • Produce periodical sales reports to the MD and the BOD.
  • Create a 2nd line of replacement
  • Responsible to manage the sales team members & various subordinates
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years in same field
  • Top Business Development & Sales Skills / Financial Acumen
  • Ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them.
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
  • Excellent Communication
  • Management and leadership
  • Strong communication and IT fluency (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations / Excellent time management and organization
