Accountabilitiesand Key Roles :
Identify existing andpotential CIB clients
Manage CIB clientrelationships in a way to achieve set targets
Ensure steadiness andgrowth for both Credit Facilities and Deposits portfolio’s (simultaneousGrowth)
Assess client’srequirements and needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Identify and report marketopportunities
Follow up any unresolvedissue’s concerning credit facilities and escalate any other related issues tothe concerned departments.
Allocate targets set bysegment head and assign relationships to RMs.
Motivate, support and coachRMs on regular basis.
Conducting client callsusing preplanned call schedule to monitor relationships under management tomaximize all potential relationship sales opportunities.
Undergraduatedegree in business from a recognized university.
Min 8 years bankingexperience in relationship management, of which 3 years experience in a teamleader / managerial role.
Good commandofEnglish &target market language
Thoroughunderstanding of the full range of banking products and services
Ability todevelop relationships with companies at all management level
Good exposureto different industry sectors
Excellentinterpersonal, negotiation, communication skills
