DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Attend and participate proactively in group, department, and companywide meetings.
Review and respond on customer emails.
Review CRM system to complete assigned tasks and update projects documentation in a timely manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot customers’ appliances, software, and internal network components.
Configure customers’ appliances and software.
Troubleshoot customers’ appliances and software.
Prepare document for on-going projects, maintenance contracts, and support calls.
Review and update direct manager with assigned work progress.
Correspond and provide high quality technical support to customers to resolve customer issues.
Deliver training for products on-job training, and hands-on training.
Prepare POC documents and presentation.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / software engineering or information systems
Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
Good understanding of company’s products and services
An understanding of business processes and constraints
Comply with department certification and education requirements as per the qualification matrix. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
