About the Job

1. Achieving the target orders set by the company goals (Completed Orders)

2. Solving all the problems in the day between technicians and customer in the live day ( technicians did not have a tools or customer did not pay )

3. Coordinate with customer care to solve live follow ups tickets

4. Tracking the technicians to complete orders without issues

5. Daily report with all lateness and down orders and transportation and incentive to technicians at live day

6. Solve the wrong booking and push in technicians to accept the orders ( No technicians Unavailable )

7. Weekly report to all technicians need training in APP
