Position Description and Qualifications :
Teaching assignments encompass graduate and undergraduate programs. Candidates should hold a doctorate / Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior or Organizational Theory and be strongly committed to high quality teaching and research.
The focus of teaching and research should be on the areas of Human Resource Management (incl. staffing, performance management and compensation), Organizational Behavior and / or Organizational Theory.
Candidates should also be qualified to supervise under graduate and graduate research.
