About the Job
1. Handle daily All orders from the suppliers; for the raw materials and spare parts
2.Follow up the status of delivery of each shipment; sea or air.
3.Liaison between the operations department, finance department and the supplier.
4.Track accurately the estimated arrival time for each shipment and any pending payment related to each shipment.
5.Maintain the Aramex and DHL contracts; with all the related details on pricing and contact person
6.Maintain an accurate follow for all the financial documents of shipments (imports and exports)
7.Handle the cost analysis process with the financial department whenever needed.
