Job Description :

  • Oversee sales teams and develop strategies to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company.
  • Deal with a range of tasks, including working with company managers to find ways to build sales, control expenses, and evaluate staff performance.
  • This is typically a full-time, office-based role, but overtime and longer hours can be expected during busy periods.
  • Should have strong leadership skills, be able to analyze data and sales numbers, and have strong decision-making abilities.
  • Be a self-motivated and customer-focused as well as the ability to guide, direct, and coach employees.
  • Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts.
  • Find ways to identify and convert new account opportunities for the business.
  • Oversee staff training, the hiring and firing of employees, and evaluating personnel.
  • Find ways to improve and develop sales numbers.
  • Analyzeperformances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.
  • Qualifications :

  • Holds a university degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of wholesale market sales.
  • People with experience in home appliances are preferred.
  • Knowledge of English and computer.
  • Have the ability to supervise and follow up and deal with customers and open new markets.
  • Ability to form relationships to attract new customers.
  • Follow them and open new markets.
