Be aware and responsible for a sales goal, respond to and follow up sales enquiries using the appropriate methods.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims and proactively seeks to increase sales opportunities.
Make optimal use of time managing time and productivity during working hours, by preparing the weekly plan and the weekly report.
Plan and manage product portfolio / service mix / territory / business according to an agreed market development strategy and aims.
Independently, maintain and develop the existing and new customers, through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Identify problems or any issues that may require additional support and report them to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
Continue to develop sales skills through knowledge of products, internal experience and attending all training sessions that are required to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Become knowledgeable of procedures and adhere to these policies and procedures.
To adhere to the highest level of ethics, integrity and honesty when presenting the company’s products to prospective customers.

Bachelor degree in life / health sciences, business, engineering or health-care related degrees.
At least 1 years experience in the field of Hearing Services.
Able to speak and read English.
Must be a good communicator with excellent phone manner.
Must have good relationship building skills.
PC skills must include Internet based research expertise, Microsoft Excel and Word.
