Duties & Responsibilities
Attracting candidates to join AGM through using deferent sourcing channels and employer branding activities. Assure the availability of several sourcing channels and conduct comparison regarding the advantage and disadvantage of each source.
Sourcing for suitable candidates for available positions and identifying suitable recruitment channels and anticipate the future need.
Responsible for Designs recruitment advertisements. Meets walk-in applicants or people who are interested to join AGM. Communicate probably with candidates and in timely manner, rather with acceptance or rejection.
Implement the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization Manage internship Program.
Lead Employer branding initiative. Insure positive candidate experience.
Assure of selecting the candidate that is matched with the job requirements Conduct recruitment and selection process in compliance with position requirements through the resume screening, phone screening and interviewing.
Facilitate and simplify the recruitment activities for other departments Summarizes resumes for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
Conduct recruitment training for the supervisors and manager whom are conducting interviews for candidates. Recruitment bottom line focus Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Compliance with policies and procedures Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Conduct a self-audit to make sure of compliance
3+ years of experience.
Strong and proven analytical skills
Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
