Lead Sales Capabilities and Operations agenda across key markets in Egypt
GTM management and sales channels and strategies development
Distributors partnership enhancements
Raise distributor's Sales Force capabilities through trainings ( SCJ Way of Selling, Merchandising, etc...)
Sales Tracking system roll out in Egypt
In Charge of tracking & reporting Sales Operational KPIs
Initiate, plan & lead Perfect Store Projects
Lead merchandising agenda
Ensure Merchandiser resources are optimized, through coverage validation and optimization as well as merchandisers team development and highlights improvement opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
Work with Sales and Customer Marketing to ensure all required merchandising materials are produced and made available within agreed implementation timing and in agreed channels / customer
Generate the key Point-of-Sales analysis based on different sources and insights (e.g., Nielsen, CRM insights from customers, Category, Channel and Shopper Insights, Ratings and Reviews) for better understanding of both
4-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Capability, Business Development.
Experience with at least 2 sales channels is required
Solid track record in analysis, number crunching, developing tracking tools, & field sales experience
Experience working with indirect distribution channel management is advantageous
You need to be legally eligible to work in the country of application.
