Currently we have the opportunity for a dynamic intern to join our Customer Service Team in Cairo Egypt, for a 3 months internship.

Join our Customer Service Team for a 3 months Internship Program and learn all about their work in practice!

You will report to the Area Service Manager.

You are responsible for :

  • Service contracts creation on the system
  • Auditing all contracts created on the system regarding value, terms & conditions.
  • Executing all paperwork related to service contracts.
  • Monitoring the install base to follow up the contract dates and the renewal dates.
  • You will be supporting the Customer Service Manager with :

  • Promotes and executes the sales of CS products in accordance with the CS sales strategy
  • Establish and maintain effective Customer / Distributor relations in cooperation with the district management and district sales teams
  • Monitoring the registration and reporting of sales activities using sales tools in accordance with reporting requirements
  • Provide input and feedback on sales strategy and planning to district and regional management
  • Maintaining and increasing CS service contracts for Installed Base
  • Promoting and executing the sales of out of warranty contracts
  • Promote and execute the sales of higher level CS contracts (e.g. silver to gold)
  • Promote and execute renewal of CS contracts
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    An enthusiastic person, with strong attention to details, freshly graduated in finance or engineering or any other related field that is fluent in English (verbal and written) in addition to local language.
