Role purpose :
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Extract requirements - extract project’s requirements from business owner and , as well as other project stakeholders
Anticipate requirements - anticipate requirements that may be needed in the future or that have not yet been considered by business stakeholders .
Constrain requirements - focus on core business needs, and not users’ personal preferences, functions related to trends , outdated processes, or other non-essential modifications.
Organize requirements - organize requirements into related categories in Product specification Document (PSD) associated with clear business scenarios and use cases .
Translate requirements Translate business requirements to technical requirements using powerful analysis and modelling tools to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions.
