Main Purpose :

As a member of PepsiCo’s Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor is responsible for developing and executing against the talent acquisition strategy with a primary focus on the management of full life cycle recruiting for professional-level openings within Egypt.

The Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor will have supervisory responsibility on the assigned geography and personally handle open positions, employ progressive, no-

fee practices to target and attract ideal external candidates where necessary, convey PepsiCo’s employment value proposition to both internal and external applicants and provide a best-

in-class candidate and client experience.

Accountabilities :

  • Provide strategic Talent Advisory support to the HR and Functional Leadership team by seeking to understand the function’s current state and strategic growth plans and associated talent / skill needs / gaps.
  • Develop, present and align with internal stakeholders on a talent acquisition strategy aimed at meeting these needs, in light of both Talent Acquisition expertise and the current state of the external marketplace.
  • Influence the hiring team via recommendations based on data / analytics, best practices and the development of authentic business partnerships.
  • Provide best-in-class staffing support to respective client teams, with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal or external talent while achieving target metrics such as Diversity, Time to Find, Time to Accept, system accuracy, among others.
  • Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each vacancy including : Developing a Sourcing Strategy with strong emphasis on leveraging creative tools to identify passive talent (i.
  • e. LinkedIn, employee referrals, Social media, etc.) for both current and pipeline needs.Facilitating the Hiring Manager Intake Meeting resulting in service-

    level alignmentEnsuring timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring teamScreening, assessing, and evaluating internal and external candidates and presenting qualified candidate slate to Hiring team.

    Candidate slate representation should meet Diversity and Talent Mix requirements established by the function.Managing the candidate and client feedback process with a goal of achieving consensus with the hiring team.

    Conveying hiring team feedback to candidate; ensure further interest to proceed to next phase and provide coaching if necessary.

    Developing & presenting final offer to candidate.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, executive functional leads, HR partner(s), in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-
  • going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility.

  • Proactively identify issues and develop solutions with zero to minimal oversight.
  • Effectively communicate PepsiCo’s compelling employment proposition by presenting candidates with information related to : PepsiCo’s culture, leadership model, function-
  • specific career path model and the Possibilities employment brand. This will enable candidates to fully embrace the opportunity and truly comprehend the longer-

    term career and earning potential.

  • Lead or participate in TA projects that support PepsiCo’s Annual Operating Plans.
  • Stay up-to-date of external trends / practices and leverage data analytics to influence the Leadership Team to consider and implement solutions and best practices which they believe will advance our goal of becoming the World’s Best TA Team.

    Qualifications / Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Overall demonstration of Advisor-ship capabilities, supported by a solid understanding of the business, external labor market, competitive landscape, and data analytics.
  • Previous HR Talent Acquisition experience or HR Generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to influence internal clients / hiring teams on staffing-related decisions, providing a value adding point of view relative to candidate consideration and organizational need.
  • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High-volume, full-life cycle Talent Acquisition / Staffing experience within a corporate setting is preferred.
  • Advanced experience and proficiency in ATS utilization is preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
