About the Job

  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
  • Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical.
  • Identifies information on competitors and product roll-out data and proactively positions the company strengths as a relative value position.
  • Architects an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s business requirements and account team strategy.
  • Creates proof of concept where required.
  • Maintains excellent communications & problem resolution with customers.
  • Actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

    Education

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Communications as a major.
  • Language

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages is a must
  • Desired Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in fiber and connectivity solutions with an operator or system integrator
  • Awareness of Telco and fixed-line operators in Egypt
  • Business Development and sales experience with fixed-line operators or working with design and planning teams is a plus
  • English strong skills
