About the Job

  • Proactively prospect and develop business relationships with new clients across Egypt to drive sales and achieve annual business targets while maintaining HNI's quality and reputation.
  • Generating and qualifying new leads and identify new businesses and reach out to create interest.
  • Assisting with opening and closing of training events to drive business
  • Developing market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
  • Offer advice and feedback on market situation and demands to help management make sound strategic sales and business development decisions.
  • Running market research and explore new key accounts and markets to penetrate.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
  • Selling new services and products such as but not limited to, consulting, new certificates, third party's offerings, etc to drive sales and achieve assigned target.
  • Follow up with clients offering superb customer service to encourage open new business.
  • Maintaining good long-term relations with customers to ensure maximum user satisfaction.
  • Delivering and handling customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Executing the full sales cycle to ensure the efficiency of our sales operations
  • Managing and monitoring the progress in sales target achievement.
  • Providing regular updates to management by submitting activity and result reports.
  • Achieving the required monthly and annual targets.
  • Maintaining complete documentation and financial records for all product- and service-related activities.
  • Assisting with marketing activities and events such as training show and HR summit locally or internationally to drive business.
  • Attending events, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Developing business proposals in English and Arabic with the help of the proposal team, when required.
  • Assisting with late payments using own relationship with clients, only when accounting fails to collect.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have a car.
  • Relevant experience with sales for similar services in the Egyptian market.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude.
  • Excellent command of English language both spoken and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
